The management team had already successfully established a fully licensed capital management company on the German market before setting up DEUTSCHE IMMOBILIEN. A transaction volume of around EUR 1.5 billion was realized for institutional investors in the residential and office property types, particularly in the cities of Berlin and Hamburg.


Thanks to its extensive network of portfolio holders, developers and transaction advisors, DEUTSCHE IMMOBILIEN ensures that planned real estate investments and capital calls are realized at short notice, even in a competitive market environment.


The focus here is particularly on solid existing properties with optimization potential, for example in the form of redensification measures.
