Investment and real estate asset management for the residential and office usage types are integral components of the range of services. Other types of use and locations outside Germany are managed via selected real estate partnerships with specialized operating partners. DEUTSCHE IMMOBILIEN was founded in 2019 by Mr. Florian Mundt and, as an owner-managed company, is independent of any group.

 

The company's management has already successfully established a fully licensed capital management company in the past and most recently managed a real estate volume of around EUR 1.5 billion in 6 open-ended special AIFs (including 5 residential real estate funds and 1 office real estate fund).
