Mr. PATRICK GEHRING has been working in the field of real estate and investment management since 2014.

At DEUTSCHE IMMOBILIEN, Mr. Gehring is responsible for portfolio and transaction management. Before joining DEUTSCHE IMMOBILIEN, Mr. Gehring played a key role - most recently as Head of Transaction Management - in the establishment of Deutsche Investment Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft AG, where he accompanied and successfully implemented a transaction volume of over EUR 1.5 billion.
