Mr. OLIVER BARGMANN is head of fund and investment management at DEUTSCHE IMMOBILIEN and has extensive expertise in the residential, office and care sectors.

Before joining DEUTSCHE IMMOBILIEN, he supported the growth of Deutsche Investment Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft AG as part of the fund management team and built up the investment management department.

Most recently, Mr. Bargmann worked as an independent management consultant, advising capital management companies on real estate and financial issues, among other things.
